No Returns & Exchange can be claimed on customized products! In general, returns may be accepted and refunds issued for hair products only if they are found to be incorrect. If you received the incorrect item and if you like to return it then you must email us within 2 business days of receiving the order and the shipping costs of returned goods will be borne by LEVEL 21 SALON. All items must be returned in their original packaging to LEVEL 21 SALON and LEVEL 21 SALON accept no returns or refunds on opened or tampered goods (the hair extensions have been tried on or worn and or colored/dyed or any alteration to the original product). All other "eligible" products have a policy that is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return those product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

WHAT STYLES & TEXTURES DO YOU OFFER?
- Level 21 Hair, LLC offers premium hair bundles in Brazilian, Peruvian, Indian & Malaysian textures, in the styles of Straight, Body Wave, Loose Curl, Kinky Curl, Natural Wave, Water Wave, & Deep Wave.
CAN I DYE MY HAIR?
- Level 21 Hair, LLC bundles can be Colored and bleached. Keep in mind that once chemicals are put on the hair, it’s no longer considered virgin hair. The hair can be damaged if it’s over processed, similar to your real hair. We suggest you consult with a professional hairstylist or colorist if you wish to dye your hair.
WHAT COLOR IS THE NATURAL COLOR?
- Our hair is a 1b color. It ranges from natural black to medium brown.
HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED FOR A FULL LOOK?
- Bundles depends on your personal preference of the style you desire for amount count. For 20’ and under, we recommend at least 3 bundles. If you are using hair 22’-30’, we recommend you use at least 4-5 bundles. Our hair is weighed by grams & ounces . The longer the length, the more bundles you will need for a full look!
HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR LAST?
- With proper care and treatment, your hair extensions last at least 1+ years.
CAN I STRAIGHTEN MY CURLY / WAVY HAIR?
- Yes, our hair can be straightened and curled! Just add water to return to its natural state (see hair care for recommended products).
